At BASE, we are very proud of our reputation for quality. However, if for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, we are happy to offer a refund on full priced purchases where the goods are:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
- Returned in original condition; clean, unworn, with the original tags attached.
- International return requests must be made to BASE within 7 days after receiving your item(s). Return requests that have been submitted after the 7 day period will be denied.
Note: Refunds are offered on full-priced items only. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
